Elya Kandahari
Undergraduate Student Elya began her undergraduate study early on by enrolling full time at Solano Community College while in high school. In 2019, she graduated with three Associate of Arts degrees and her high school diploma. In the following summer, Elya conducted studies on the use of deep eutectic solvents for redox flow battery applications and chemical education in the laboratories of Dr. John C. Goeltz at the California State University, Monterey Bay. Elya is currently an undergraduate chemistry major at UC Davis. Her research in the Olson Lab focuses on natural product total synthesis.
