Calvin Ly
Graduate Student Calvin received his B.S. in chemistry with an emphasis in biology from UC Merced. He studied the role of oxidative stress in viral infections, specifically hepatitis C virus, under the guidance of Dr. Anand Singh and Dr. Seung Bum Park in the lab of Professor Jinah Choi. Currently, Calvin is interested in developing cellular assays for studying the mechanisms of known cognitive enhancers as well as the development of novel neurotherapeutics.
